| Flat to pitch conversion of the showroom using varying height timber ladders and an over clad of the elevations using Kingspan KS1000MR micro rib composite panel in metallic silver finish RAL9006. Treated timber battens were fitted to the elevations and new windows and an entrance door were also fitted. |

| Georgian wired glass removed and replaced with class 1 Filon Products supasafe northlight profile including a side lap galvanised channel to act as a span breaker and to achieve a positive side lap fixing including side lap butyl tape. Temporary internal safety netting was installed during the works to the glazing and adjacent roof sheeting. A notched at existing fixing positions galvanised steel plate was installed under the existing ridge flashing and new profiler fillers blocks inserted. |
