Phase 2 of our contract August 2009. Badly rusted roofing, cladding sheets and failed flashings were replaced using 400 Sq. metres of single skin profiled steel sheeting of a matching profile. The works were extremely awkward with significant services and access issues everywhere working in confined spaces with 100s of existing penetrations which had to be reweathered.
