Having relined a failed boundary wall gutter using a Plygene gutter liner a second order was placed to supply and install an acoustic liner panel and insulation system because the existing insulation had suffered significant water damage and staining. 360 sq. metres of 100mm thick Rockwool high density RWA45 insulation slabs were secured to the existing liner panel using self adhesive insulation pins. Then fully perforated 0.7mm thick bright white coloured steel liner panels were fitted to the internal face of the existing sheeting rails all ductwork, louvers, control panels and heat sensors were then trimmed with flashings. |
